The Quincunx, Inconjunct or 150-degree aspect is a blending together of the principles of Pisces and Capricorn (Water and Earth), the 6th and 8th House principles in pure mathematical Astrology. It is interesting to note that this Aspect links the house of health with the house of death.

This Quincunx Aspect always has one planet in a Future oriented Sign and the other planet in a Past oriented Sign. The character of this Aspect is determined by the fact that Pisces rules the feet and Capricorn rules the knees in the human body. These two parts of the body are the basis for human beings standing up straight and walking; this makes us unique on the planet and one of the main reason human beings dominate planet Earth. These two body parts are also essential to the outer worm, the muscle skeletal structure of the human body. The inner worm is the elementary canal.

People with Quincunx's in their charts seem to have muscle, joint or bone diseases or seem to be somewhat accident prone. The accidents seem to injure the muscle skeletal structure, many times particularly the back. These people may also suffer from arthritis or similar malady's.
