Kohemini and Reaganism both actually preceded NEPTUNE going into CAPRICORN and were an exceedingly ominous prediction for our future. Many US citizens begin a buy America program to help save jobs in that country but American's also start building quality products that have real value which really helps sales. In the United States, the Establishment reclaims much of the power it once exercised over people through a massive assault on personal rights.
A new high tech tool, the personal computer, comes of age during the time NEPTUNE was in CAPRICORN. Silicon Valley's Personal Computers [PC's] first save California's economy then the world's economy by becoming cheap and out selling TV's. The PC becomes the world's new indispensable communication device spawning a world wide communications and technology boom.
