Don't let the Politicians or Police take credit for the DROP in the Crime Rate that has taken place in the United States over the last 3 years. The police and politician's didn't make it happen but they are quickly took credit for it. NOTE: During this decline in crime you have lost many personal rights that were formally protected by the United States Constitution, it the so called war on crime.
The reason the crime rate dropped dramatically in the last 3 years has nothing to do with the police, politicians and their policies.
Crime and violence dropped because
Pluto went into Sagittarius.In November of 1995 Pluto entered the Zodiac Sign of Sagittarius. For the previous 14 years Pluto was in the Zodiac sign of Scorpio. These 14 years were similar in numerous ways to the period Neptune was in Scorpio.
When Pluto transited into Sagittarius, society synchronistically become less violent with that celestial movement. Sagittarius is the Zodiac sign which is related to the higher mind, spirituality, teaching and travel. The time Pluto was in Scorpio saw violence increase dramatically in the US, especially by youth gangs. Scorpio is a much more violent sign than Sagittarius.
Astrologers can't prove that Pluto's movement in to Sagittarius caused a drop in the crime rate or prove cause - effect in any Astrological event. But for thousands of years through out civilization this kind of synchronicity has been observed by the wise inhabitants of those ancient and not so ancient societies. That knowledge is called Astrology.
It is a facet of Astrology and this era will last for another 10 years. Pluto will then transit into the Zodiac Sign of Capricorn in years 2009 - 2010 and remain in Capricorn for the next 15 or 16 years after that. In the years 2024 - 2025 Pluto will transit into the Zodiac Sign of Aquarius and stay there until years 2043 - 2044.
