Humans and COWS go back a long time throughout our history. First, ancient humans probably only used COWS for their Milk. Sometime later we began to eat them.
Using the Milk from COWS was a bad enough mistake, see the MILK PAGE, but eating them was an even worse long term decision for human beings. Eating COWS causes diseases in humans and they deposit a huge amount of pollution in the environment.COWS produce huge amounts of methane gas and are second only to termites in creation of this Greenhouse Gas on the planet.

The other major pollutant that COWS produce is noxious and highly poisonous biological waste. Today, in their chow, COWS are fed growth hormones and antibiotics along with other chemicals. The chemicals ingested by the COWS are later excreted in their waste. COW biological waste is harshly toxic, smells terrible and needs to be stored in special ponds so it doesn't contaminate ground water or the wells used for drinking water.In 1993 hundreds died and almost 500,000 got sick when COW waste poisoned the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin's water supply. COW waste is also the main reason drinking Mississippi River water is so harmful to people.
The main problem with eating BEEF is uric acid. The uric acid is created during BEEF digestion. Eating lots of BEEF meat means you're creating a lot of Uric acid in your body. Uric acid fosters heart and kidney problems and is a direct cause of phlebitis. Eating lots of BEEF also causes Liver problems because of the large amount of concentrated uric acid the body has to process over a life time.
COW meat directly facilitates heart and circulatory problems. BEEF is high in fat content. Cow fat is the worst kind of fat for humans to eat. The excess amount of acid and high fat in the US diet has long term ramifications for humans partaking of BEEF.COWS are also a very inefficient use of the soil they graze and live upon. On the same amount of land, farmers can produce 5 to 10 times more nutritious food than ranchers who raise COWS.
Eat lots of Fish. Fish that was raised on environmentally sound fish farms is usually very reasonably priced alternative to Beef.
Fish is brain food.
