LIBRA the AIR Sign is the ruler of the 11th House in the LEO - 1st
House system. VENUS, LIBRA and the 11th House all mean the same thing. AQUARIUS is the
ruler of the 11th House in the Aries - 1st House System. Both Libra and Aquarius are AIR
Signs and have a similar nature. LIBRA is more about relating however.
There are no dual rulership's in ASTROLOGY; those ended with the
discovery of the new planet's, URANUS, NEPTUNE and PLUTO. Actually these planets weren't
new, humans could finally see them with their new telescopes. Those discovery's also gave
mathematicians the insight to fill-in the 2 missing pieces of the puzzle. VENUS has
nothing to do with the 4th House, the TAURUS House, in the LEO - 1st House system or the
2nd House in the Aries - 1st House System.
The 11th House in the ARIES - 1st House system is associated with
AQUARIUS not LIBRA. AQUARIUS is not necessarily about "harmony" but LIBRA is.
Libra fits better in the 11th House. All the elements of the 11th House listed below have
mostly to do with balance and harmony, a LIBRA natural. Libra is mostly about friendship
in a non-sexual way. "Plutonic relationships" are really mislabeled, they should
be called Libronic relationships because they have little to do with passion as compared
to sexual relationships.
Sexual relationships may bring children which is a real big
change in lifestyle. AQUARIUS = change, 7th House stuff.
The 11th House is the House of friendships, social groups,
non-sexual relationships, clubs, social and professional organizations and networks.
People getting together with like minds.
